I think he was set on last year being the last ones.
But we can always hope. We need a hgmf now more than ever. So shines a good free message board based sports prediction game in a weary world..

Hope not. After participating last year, it seemed to me that it is a lot of work and very time consuming for Jefferson. If he decides not to do it, someone should offer to continue the HGMF.

that's almost sacrilegious. There cannot be another HGMF.
Although if someone wanted to create some new weekly game I'm sure there'd be interest. But it jsut wouldn't be the same.

Yeah...he has a unique style that count be duplicated. Plus JD won last year...barely eeeking out a master picker in the final game(s). Hard to top that finale.

Also unexpectedly Arkansas and Georgia are playing each other this year and the last time they played Jefferson proclaimed in Halley’s Cometesque fashion that a lot of us would probably be dead when they played again. But 2020 and COVID-19 et al has dramatically changed the landscape of what we all reasonably expected so I say the odds are in fact very favorable to see a HGMF competition this season. I think we can all now safely say that stranger things have happened.
