It's more the Norvasc & diuretic in my case causing my blood pressure to be too low and make me light headed and prone to fainting when I would stand too fast or overexert. My BP medicines just needed to be adjusted because of weight loss...

A big ole gooseegg/contusion where I landed... Dislocated my shoulder when I landed on it and tore two of my four shoulder ligaments loose. Invasive rotator cuff surgery ensued, Doc couldn't do it arthroscopically... Been a few weeks since surgery, starting physical therapy, gonna be a 3-4 month deal. Since I fainted they're sending me to a cardiologist, a neurologist, etc... all bullshite IMO...

Sorry to hear that man. I've been through a major surgery on my shoulder. Cheers to a speedy recovery and a full healing. Whatever you do, make sure you do the home exercises...the ball on the wall is critical and the reason most people don't get back to 100% stamina and rotation.
And heres to a hot therapist that rubs you down each day while getting the electrode, cold-pack treatment at the end of each session!

Discussing loss of muscle mass as we age is not acceptable conversation?
I have always been under the impression dallas was AARP like me, did I miss something?
