Its the subject matter that you keep on bringing up, so it only makes sense for you to throw your cards on the table before anyone else.

Fiar enough. But I asked one question. One. Now. My cards are on the table. Your turn.

So you must have been a pretty good player to be able to play in college,
Not really. I was above average in high school and average in college. Nothing special.

but you didnt tell us the level of FB you played, or the years
Pretty sure I did. All you have to do is look. Ray Donaldson was an All American center at Georgia, and All Pro in the NFL. Look him up and it will answer your question.

Maybe it was the mid 70's?
Mid to late 70's is correct

If you had major offers from all over the nation, like Nolan, and were a recent college player, you might have a great idea of his mindset. But you didnt and you arent.

I didn't? And the mindset is pretty much the same whether I did or not. I will acknowledge that recruiting has changed greatly since when I played, but the overall mindset is pretty much the same.

But question....who do YOU think would have a better insight on the recruiting process? Someone who went through it, or someone who never played? I can only guess you never played since you still refuse to answer that question. I wasn't trying to trap you....I was just trying to see to what degree you understood.
When you insisted that Nolan Smith would decommit from Georgia because his friend might leave told me what I needed to know.

Why should I answer an irrelevant question that essentially proves nothing?
Because you gave me a laudry list of questions and expected me to answer them....which I did.

few years of wrestling
Much respect for the wrestling. My son wrestled in Junior High school and throughout High School. He went to state every year. After watching them workout, they are a much tougher group than football. Their workouts are out of this world.

As for me me being loud and proud? That's not my style. If you read my post history you would know that. If people are loud and proud....typically they didn't do what they claimed, imo.

I never said he would leave. I specifically used the word "might". UGA isnt the only school that can get him to the NFL. Bama will be a bigger threat if Fields isnt solid at UGA.
Come on, dude. I already did this to you in another thread. Here are a just a few of your comments:
Smith recently discussed what Fields choosing UGA ultimately meant to the strength of Smith’s own commitment to the program.

Nolan is friends with fields. If fields transfers.....

And here is just one thing you said concerning Haselwood:
If Fields is our QB, we got a shot at him. If Fromm is our QB, we dont

Maybe I just missed the word "might" you said you used it,s o I am sure it is there somewhere. But yes....you definitely said Nolan would go somewhere else if Fields did. You even said they probably would not go to the same school, but Nolan would still decommit.

I am genuinely curious about where your reasoning comes from.

Look. I am up in the mountains for the weekend and I can't get in a back and forth with you. I'll check from time to time....but don't deny your comment wasn't saying Nolan Smith was going to decommit if Fields left.

No, I said "Nolan is friends with fields. If fields transfers.....Nolan MIGHT go to Bama or clemson.", which is NOT me saying "Nolan WOULD go somewhere else if Fields did." Might and Would are very different things. You misinterpreted it. It happens. No big deal.

Because I read the 2 articles about Nolan where he speaks of Fields:

- One from Sept 2017, entitled "We are doing something special", where he talks about the hopes of UGA getting an elite dual threat Qb, not coincidentally after he hung out with Fields at the MSU game, as seen here:

“You would see a different team,” Smith said. “I’m not calling out any names, but if we get a dual-threat quarterback that would be something.....The dual-threat quarterbacks who can do it with their feet and their arm are really amazing. If I could go to college with one of those dual-threat quarterbacks that I am thinking about right now, it would be a lot of relief off of me.”

- Another is from May 2018, entitled "A 5-star reason that keeps 5-star Nolan Smith committed to UGA.":

Smith recently discussed what Fields choosing UGA ultimately meant to the strength of Smith’s own commitment to the program.

“Having a dual-threat quarterback is a great key....“Now that he’s on our side, I don’t have to play against him,” Smith said. “I only have to practice against him and he’s doing to do nothing but just make me better.”

I know who he is. You could have either played with him in HS or with him at UGA.
