We can and have screwed this up before but this team feels different. Execute at over 90% and we only lose if we beat ourselves.

Auburn looked awful and so did UF and UK. Only A game from here out.

Nah, saying that this team can only lose by beating themselves is the moto. We arent preparing to beat one team, we are preparing for all of them.

This teams senior leadership is showing. We aren’t overlooking a team this year. We got our crap game out of the way with the first one of the year and still beat a ranked Clemson team. (Who, whether or not folks will admit it, is better than they look. And especially week 1 before their injuries and unraveling.)

Our coaches and players have adopted the mantra that we're a new program and not thinking about the future or the past. Many of our fans have followed suit but we have many who are not willing to let the past go and enjoy the ride.

Let the past go and enjoy the ride.

With Kirby taking over in December of 2015, I suppose the first recruiting class purely credited to he and his staff would have been the 2017 freshmen? Is this the first season where the program is 100% Kirby guys?

Reminds me a line in the movie Legends of the Falls. We are the rock other teams break themselves against.

Seems like best chance one of our remaining regular season opponents have is if they have enough athletes on defense to keep it a very low scoring game (similar to Clemson) and we make some costly mistakes. We have avoided the latter thus far.

Not sure either Auburn or Florida fall into that category defensively, though the quality of athletes is going to be much higher than Arkansas. I was not at all concerned about Arkansas but I do think Auburn will be fired up. We have the target on our back but Smart is doing a good job so far of making sure the team is maintaining focus game after game.

What mystifies me is that we don't get senior leadership like this EVERY year.

The sample size is relatively small, but it's pretty apparent that when our guys sell out for the team, come back for year 4 and put the TEAM first - great things can happen.

2017 and 2021 should not be outliers, because we know what has set these years up to be successful.

Granted, the only goal on the table right now should be stomping a mud hold so big in Auburn, confused travelers mistake it for Clemson.

So far, the defense has been nothing short of elite. However, the offense still has a ways to go. Certainly, they have gotten better from game 1 to Saturday. But, at some point in the season, the offense is going to have to play lights out in a game. Hopefully, JT will get better pretty quick, because he's going to be needed.

Quite often there is a power vacuum after a great senior class. The following classes don’t know how to lead because they’ve been dependent on the previous class.

I'm working on getting over my superstitions, but this Georgia team is just flat out nasty.

Dropping 37-0 on #8 Arkansas' head with Stetson at QB and straight pounding the rock all game is amongst the grossest things I've ever seen on national TV. Georgia can only beat themselves. Stay healthy, stay hungry.
