I’m just saying.

He was sacked 5 times for 32 yds..

But on the RPOs and designed runs he went 8 for 62 yds... that’s 7.5 yds per carry.. that’s pretty good ... at least 3 of the sacks were jail breaks, meaning he got hit before he even go to his full drop... that’s on the OL

So saying he only had 25 yds is a little misleading... but feeds to your point of view.

So if you are saying statistics aren't valid, why are you talking statistics?

Wisconsin isn’t an elite team...but they put pressure on him. He took some shots today. Based on today’s performance, being this was OSU’s first “test”, Fields wouldn’t last in the SEC before he got hurt.

I will forever root against that kid with the way he badmouthed UGA to get immediate eligibility. frick him.

The kid didn't badmouth UGA. His lawyer used a well known incident to get his client a waiver, as any good lawyer would

The lawyer represents fields.

And good lawyer is a an oxymoron.

It’s actually a better representation. Sacks should absolutely count against your rushing yards, if passing plays that break down and end up being positive runs count towards the total. The NFL should do that as well, but it takes away from QBs stats so they don’t.

I’m not saying they aren’t valid.. I’m just saying you have to look further in side the numbers. Than just the final stats. He had 5-6 runs on third and medium that moved the sticks.. Thant’s important.

Kinda like having a QB throw for almost 300, but 250 of them are YACS. That doesn’t show the QB can stretch the field.. it just says the WRs and RBs can run.

But people on heat like to list final stats; to show someone is bad to meet the view... even though they didn’t watch a single down.

Fields read your posts. Fields didn't like your posts. Fields had to get away from those posts.

What is Fromm's excuses? 35 yards against an awful Kentucky team?

Well Kirby said it was a "monsoon."

Eventually Kirby is going to run out of excuses.

Can we make it through a full season actually beating everyone that we should beat and pulling out wins in the big ones, too?

So that whole "racially insensitive environment" just cleared up overnight, I guess?

Play calling. It's sad that you don't see this. Almost all of his attempts were short-yardage, either by design (blown up screens) or out of necessity (covered receivers required check-downs). Go complain to Coley if you don't like our QBs offensive production in a scheme that values the short game.

You're like those TDS-infected leftists who can't see reality for their hatred of Trump. You seem to think Fromm is a small step above Hutson Mason and that we shoo'd away the greatest all-time QB because we didn't want him and you're letting that get in the way of objective analysis of what's happening in college football.

To gain 25 with sacks of 32 is very impressive.

He isn't the savior. He's just been playing shitty competition.

There are zero QBs in the country who have played tough defenses in more than one or two games, so we should judge him by the same standard we judge everyone else. A Wisconsin team with 4 shutouts played very good D that game. He struggled a bit in the first half and played very well down the stretch including showing some toughness and leadership by keeping cool and actually improving while playing through an obviously painful injury.

I'll admit it. The kid is good. He's better than Fromm. I'm actually rooting for him.

However, his play doesn't matter to me 1% as much as the play of my team, and wondering what could have been has never done anyone a bit of good. Honestly, everything Justin Fields is a post for the Rant. . . or the Ohio State Boards if you're that committed.
