Fromm's the guy for ND. Good news it wasn't worse. I think Fromm's a winner and can rise to the occasion just fine. Hate it for Eason though.

Apparently the injury isn't season ending but it's unknown how many weeks he'll be out. Hope he's good to go by week 5 or 6.

It's been widely speculated it'll be around 4-6 weeks.

Fromm is gonna go up to South Bend, slang that ball, and we're gonna have a QB controversy amongst the fan base until Eason returns for good. Book it.

There won't be any controversy if were 6-0 when he returns. You stay with the hot hand. Kirby isn't Richt.

Amongst the fan base though. Catholics vs Protestants and Sunnis vs Shias have nothing on Eason vs Fromm adherents.

I want to believe it will be like David Greene at UT long ago...but even Greene was a redshirt freshman not a true freshman.

I think our defense has to play a big role going forward.

Wit'cha bro. This kid reminds me of a guy named Buck Belue. When you've won all of your life you get used to it and failure is not an option. Not sayin' he won't fail some, but I like his resume' and his heart.

God, I hope not. We don't have #34 to bail us out of another 1 for 12, 7 yard performance.

I'll say what not many others are...

Had Eason thrown the frickING ball away on that play instead of scrambling for a 2 yard loss, he'd still be the qb.

I mean wtf was he thinking. shite should have been sailed into the seats.

His decisions are questionable

Folks, if Eason plays again this season it's because our season turned into a disappointment.

I feel for the kid, but i hope we roll with Fromm and hope our offensive line gets better so we can lean on our backs for the rest of the way.

Not religious, but I'm an apostle of Fromm (2017 AI).

If Fromm plays great and we're undefeated or just one loss when Eason gets back, then you stick with Fromm until he gives you reason to do otherwise.

As I've said several times, I think Fromm's going to be great, but I have serious doubts about how he'll handle his first career start being in the biggest ticket game of the CFB season on the road.

Hope I'm wrong.

The thought of losing to Notre Dame makes me want to throw up but our D is gonna have to nut up big time to win this one

If Eason was from Macon and had a southern accent, our fan base would be a lot more receptive.
