Worth noting that Vandy looks like they’ve thrown just about their entire playbook at us in the first half and nothing has really stuck. And this defense has only played 1 game together as a unit. I’m pleased by what I’ve seen thus far

Good point. They've already had a couple of trick plays and all they could muster was a blocked FG that barely made it over.

Still not convinced about our WR corps.

Looks like they’re trying to get Fromm and the receivers some work and Vandy is giving them the full stunt and blitz package. Good practice

We’re not doing a lot of exotic stuff on defense. Just counting on base play and athleticism to win out and it’s worked pretty well so far. Doubt we are a lot of crazy blitzes until Notre Dame
