I think they will find a way to sneak Jesse and Walt into the story. I'm enjoying this show more than Breaking Bad. I liked Season 1 and 2 of Breaking Bad but didn't like the last 3 seasons as much.

Hate to say it, but BCS either just jumped the shark this episode. Or set up a historic facemelter extraordinaire.

Kim’s character as they’ve preached it so far just wouldn’t do the career-ending Lubbock con for 13 foot more bank square footage. No way. No how. And she especially wouldn’t of done it that well either.

Chips are on the table. I guess we’ll see.

Anyways. The one really cool thing though was how they full-circled the Season 1 first ever episode. Where Kim was smoking a cig at rock bottom dark basement of parking garage waiting on Saul who’s in a temper tantrum.....

Think back to it. Then notice this time she’s smoking a cig waiting on Saul who’s having a tantrum but this time she’s waiting on the UPPER level TOP of a parking garage.

And he tries to cut her with dig about going up in her sky office. And she cuts him with throat slash about “You’re always down.”

So there’s the symmetry there and it also explains the underpass parking garage lines at copier store and where he sold cell phones in the ghetto and under the overpass picking up trash for community service and etc and etc the fricker was always always always under an overpass. It was always there. TOLD YOU!!! (But Nobody listens)

Anyway, the name spray painted on the underground rock means “farewell “ in German.

Seems too obvious that it only means farewell for the German that skipped town to see his wife of 26 years. ( give me a break. Nobody gets homesick over a wife of 26 years)

So I think maybe Kim and Sauls trajectories are complete.

Not saying we’ll get resolution in last episode, but something is going to happen. I just don’t believe the writers of breaking mf’ing bad are going to make us watch a whole nother season of Kim and Saul breaking up,

Kim r.ip.? or shark jump?

Stay tuned

Or.... even worse scenario is Kim , after gradually climbing to top from the bottom basement level where she and Saul smoked a cig in first ever episode, gets knocked back down there thanks to Saul and the laughable Lubbock baby con.

And then we have to watch an entire season of them always brushing their teeth together with one of them dispensing the toothpaste on each brush and also eating trendy obscure take-out foods every night while reading the want ads and scoffing at the Masters.

Maybe Kim will even pretend like she’s going for a jog one night. But then go sell castor beans to drug dealering bikers by a hotdog stand. Claiming the bean can make ricin to assasinate rival drug lords .

B C S shaaaaaarkkk jump dammit this sucks

I just caught up.

1- It wasn't 13 more sq ft. It was 13% more square feet. So probably another thousand square feet. And she wanted to do it because she got hot and horny playing dirty with Jimmy in the last episode. She's always been hot and horny for bad Jimmy. Remember all the episodes where Jimmy is just being a common schmuck (from Kim's perspective), asking about White Heat and whatnot... Kim was bored, no sex scenes. It's only when Jimmy is being bad that Kim gets wet for him. This is her affliction. From my perspective, this isn't a surprise. This was predictable.

2- Nacho is up shite creek.

3- Denial from the BAR because he refused to mention Chuck is consistent with the ongoing theme from day one. The irony is that Jimmy was 100% sincere by not mentioning Chuck. It will only be when he insincerely talks about Chuck that the BAR will deem him sincere.

4- You can't blind cameras with a laser pointer like that, and just walk out, holding the laser point directly at the camera as you walk. Unless he had an accomplice do the camera blinding. Hmmm. I think there's more than one laser pointer.

5- Don't overreact to Kim getting talked down to by Jimmy. Jimmy was upset, understandably, Kim won't hold it against him. She really does love him. As seen in their last scene. It keeps getting said that Kim is all Jimmy has.... but that relationship is symmetrical. Jimmy is also all that Kim has.

That's a pretty big shark jump, right there don't you think?.

I get it that Kim skipped a Mesa Verde meeting this season and snapped at her boss once in a phone conversation about it. And I get it that Kim enjoyed pulling harmless hotel bar cons on greasy salesmen with Slipping jimmy...…..but give me a break.

This show is notorious for being painfully slow. Everything takes forever to build and to unfold. But I'm suppose to believe honest Kim Wexler who worked her way up from the mailroom and cries at Chuck letters has turned into Better-Call-Kim over the summer?

I guess probably that's what their setting up then. Kim will realize how she's been pulled to the dark side. And then leave Jimmy Saul. That's fine. But the Kim we saw with the blueprints conning a sweet old lady and exploiting mother empathy instincts for square footage was shark jump city, imo. That's not the character they built for three and half seasons.

The whole scene was a bookend to their very first episode together. It was the exact same scenario ….cigs, Jimmy tantrum whining, cool Kim and all.....but replayed on the upper level of a parking garage this time as opposed to the bottom level of the parking garage in season 1 episode 1.

There are no coincidences.

I hate that tonight is the season finale :(

Any ideas on when next season will air? We had to wait damn near 2 years for this season I think

Who knows.

Great show, but waiting two years between seasons is getting old. Makes the snail crawl pace of it even more frustrating too.

Not to mention, it's suppose to be a prequel, and the characters are going to be another decade older than they were in BB soon. Huell Babiknow doesn't even look like the same person.

After sleeping on it, I woke up with the same conclusion.

This con wasn't like the others.

The bar con was an a-hole who kinda-sorta should have been conned.

The Huel thing was in defense of a guy getting unjustly punished.

This thing with the blueprint office, and the way she did it with the fake kid and fake injury, very sleazy. And for purely selfish reasons.

You could also look at it like she's still not built. It took 4 seasons to get her to this point, where she has the classic midlife crisis situation going, got everything and all the success she ever worked for but still not happy, searching for variety, going to the courthouse to watch trials, fricking around with Jimmy's BS, searching.

Just watched the finale. Too much to process. Wow....

-all Werner vanted to do vas see his vife
-he truly loves her and truly vas dying without her
-but he never knew vhere he vas until the new mexico stars became "wisible"

frick!!!!

-seriously, that was a master switcheroo

-Kai was suppose to be the "untrusted" guy
-but turns out the amiable harmless fragile dude who just loves and vanted to see his wife was the untrusted

-the most diabolical part being he actually just wanted to see his wife, but these sadistic writers made it so that...………..

-the last words he ever says to his wife...
-although he doesn't mean them and is doing it to save her.. are...

-"SHUT UP!" "I DON'T EVEN WANT TO SEE YOU!"

-and then Mike does what he has to do
-BANG!
-with all the stars "wisible"

Damn. That was top shelf. The rest of episode not so much. Will let it percolate. frickn shite

Werner's speech was basically the entire theme of both franchises though, btw. Just with "v"'s and "w"'s swapped out

Once you cross a "Line". You can newer go back

Huh?

Kim just realized (in that lame season ending cliffhanger) what we knew she would.

This was her moment of clarity....at having been gradually pushed to the dark side.
-She finaly gets it now.

-uh oh though
-there's this 13 square foot thing she pulled back in BetterCallKim that will now come back to haunt her after this realization
-that came too late
-and her career is now toast

WINNER (Saul) TAKES IT ALL...………

LOSER (Kim) HAS TO FALL...…...

I don't put too much stock into that. Like when they did the toothbrush split screen, all the squee about how they are through.

After the appeal, at the end...

She was shocked to hear Jimmy didn't give a shite about Chuck. He says "Those suckers believed it!" and she realized she was one of those suckers.

But that's not a deal breaker for Kim. For months she was wondering why Jimmy wasn't grieving. Now she knows.

That doesn't mean she's done with Jimmy.

That's just my opinion.

Mike killing Werner is the sad part. He was a likeable character up to this point.

Remember, he was only taking nefarious odd jobs up to this point to help supplement his dead son's wife and kid.

He was just a retired dirty cop. Now he's a stone cold, ice fricking cold, murderer.
