Commings went 2-for-4 last night with a double, an rbi, and 2 runs scored. He's off to a .333 avg early on through 3 games. Good start for him at Danville.

Well yeah, after going 0-4 last night with 3 strike outs. Prior to that, he was not. Which is why I used the qualifier of "early on".
Hell, Ender Inciarte was hitting under .200 early in the season. Now he is currently at .310. You can pick and choose what day to look to fit your narrative. Hopefully Sanders rebounds to get back up there.
