LIU Brooklyn is horrible. 8 runs scored in 6 games. Team batting average is .136. Yikes

Obviously it's nothing to fret about but what is our plan for Wilcox? I had assumed that we would want him in a weekend starting spot by mid-year (just guessing) but in his VERY limited action so far has certainly looked like a freshman. Is he going to get any of the upcoming mid-week starts?

I hope he gets some midweek starts. Some guys just cant come out of the pen at a moments notice, and maybe thats Wilcox. Hopefully whatever we do, we dont mess him up.

Well that’s a first for the season: Riley King called for an auto strikeout after slightly leaning his elbow into a ball that hit him. New rule for the season.

3 outs away from losing to an 0-6 team. Lone run for LIU was unearned after Riley King dropped an out in rifht field.

This was on par with the Charleston trip last year. Came into it disinterested and then pressed too much at the end when they realized what was about to happen.
