We hve a great shot but he’s one of those kids who is very quiet and hard to read. Lives in Columbia, too, so in state pull is strong but so is what UGA has done on the DL this year

Seems LSU just got in the conversation and I think we get his last official before his commitment. Also rumors that he'll be in Athens this weekend for A&M.

I’d be surprised if he drifted that far from home (LSU I mean). They’re definitely a hot team right now and are going to get a look for that reason but I doubt Burch goes more than a few hours distance from his family

We have a chance to make a big statement in a couple weeks. Need to win 2 games before then, but feel like a lot of people don’t think we’re in the same league as those top 3 teams.

I have a lot of confidence in defensive recruiting. We'll continue to win battles for kids like Burch, and after the 21' and 22' NFL drafts UGA is going to be the preeminent destination in CFB for defenders at all 3 levels.
What I do worry about is the Arik Gilberts and Rosemeys of the world. This squad must be more consistent throwing to continue to win these kids over.

Well, we landed one of those two and are still in it for the second best TE in the nation so I'm not too worried.

We'll be okay personnel wise. Pickens and Blaylock are really good. Kearis Jackson can be a good one, too, if he stays healthy.
Receiver wise we are pretty good. We really need an "it" QB, though. If Fromm leaves we could be a couple years away from having a competent replacement.
