I will overjoyed but we still need a top QB prospect to replace Fromm when he leaves.
There's like a 95% chance Fromm stays for 2020, and then we are the front-runners for Caleb Williams, are we not?

If we get Caleb after next season, I suspect he's starting day one as a true freshman for us.

95% is a bit optimistic. Very optimistic.

Caleb Williams has been trending to LSU over UGA for a while now.

Basically alluding that he doesn't really know what's up with Washington. I think all the 247 staff would let them be a suprise if they really did know something.

I'm not confident we get Caleb, but that depends on the look of the offense next season. Could be a situation where Fields debacle hurts, but an open QB spot with the talent on the line and at receiver should be enough to convince a 5* to go to a high profile program like UGA.

Problem is we'll be competing with OSU & Clemson for these kids.

That would likely require them to keep their offensive staff, and specifically Joe Brady beyond next season, otherwise I'd anticipate him reconsidering.

Clemson and OSU are getting elite QBs this year. They won't get one next year.

Clemson is getting an Elite guy, but Stroud is more of a project. Neither will be starting next season, so any 5* guy will likely welcome the opportunity to compete with a QB who isn't entrenched as the starter.

Beck was one of 2 returning offensive starters off a state championship team.

Explains a fair amount of his struggles to me.

Just came to say congrats on Burton guys.

It's pretty easy to see why he flipped, but I was hoping to keep him (or Jarrett, didn't really care which).

The SECCG could have been closer if y'all had better receivers. If early playing time was important to a guy, all you had to do was show him that game.

Anyway, congrats. Looking forward to meeting up in Atlanta again next year.

I know LSU won't wanna hear this, and it may just be drama and click bait, but Rusty Mansell at 247 just said we are back in it with the RB Evans.
