Is one of them committed? Don't be obtuse.

I'm more worried than obtuse. Receiver positions are critical.

Agreed. We need to recruit at WR/DL the way we have at RB/OL.

Last year should tell you how easy it is for top receivers to change their minds.

I would argue that our DLine is right on par with our OLine this year. High rated recruits are great, but as long as they produce, I don't care where they are rated. Our DLine is playing lights out this year, and will probably continue it into next year. In fact, I would say our DLine is outplaying our RBs this year.

In last year’s recruiting/transfer class, we got our top 3 receivers statistically.

We lose Tyler Simmons and Lawrence Cager this year, right? Cager has been great, but people have been complaining about Simmons and Landers all year. With Pickens, Blaylock, Jackson and (probably) Robertson coming back I think we will be okay for the immediate time. Add to them Bush, Tongue, Justin Robinson and Rosemy...I'm not sure WR is an area of immediate concern.

Haven't heard the chances of Robertson coming back. I would think pretty good. If he does, we should have three former 5*s at receiver. TE might be a bit of a question mark, but that should be okay if we pull Washington and Johnson.

Still have Fitz and Goede and the other last second addition from last years class whose name I can’t remember at TE...don’t know about Fitz or no-name, but I thought we are expecting Goede to be a Goody when it’s his turn.

Yes, the bodies are there. I just haven't seen anything from them
I was hoping to see a bit more from Goede and Fitzpatrick this year. Wolf has been excellent, though.

Goede is supposed to be good, or we are hoping so, anyway. Let's hope he comes through.

Luke Ford left. Is he the one you are thinking of?
Or Wolf? Wolf is a one and done GT, I believe.

I mean, if you two want to worry about these things go right ahead. We ended up with two 5 start receivers and a grad transfer who has ended up being the best of the group so I think we'll be okay again this year.

Brett Seither is who I was thinking of. Was a last second addition I think.

Gotcha. Lots of bodies, but I am not sure how much quality. Goede maybe. not sure after him.
Hey, if we picked up a TE every year on par with Wolf I would be happy.

I'm think long term, not just the next 2 seasons.

I have plenty to keep me busy and the site deserved more than I could commit to. I may revisit the idea, but bugging folks here is the current plan.

There's always a chance with everyone that visits in December. Hopefully he makes the trip over to Athens in a few weeks.
