No need to hope it's us. It is us.

His high school runs the option and Vandagriff racks up some yards on the ground.

May not be Lamar Jackson, but he can move.

Maybe you should watch some video and you would know. He is VERY mobile. Rushed for over 1000 yards last season.

Pretty sure it’s us, but when did he publicly add anyone to the mix? I’d think his parents suddenly driving in would be a good sign.

He’s very mobile. Not even sure why he’s listed as a pro-style.

No, not really. I’ve seen nothing to indicate his interest in us matching what our fans have in him. He’s likely all LSU and has been for a while. No sense dragging Vandagriff along hoping Williams will pick us and then lose both (Tank, Evans pt. Deux).

Jeff Sentel has an article up, talked to Brock yesterday.

Note that Florida is no longer a finalist.

Brock is a Dawg, just a matter of public confirmation

Love it. Having a stud QB in place does wonders for the rest of a recruiting class. Hopefully we hear soon.

I'm not in-the-know with recruiting so I don't post in this thread much--and thank you all for the information you provide--but I've got to say it's very refreshing to see that we are recruiting at such a high level year-in and year-out.

So if Coley leaves soon what do we see as there impact? Any unrest on the 2020 class already signed? Issues with Brock Lobster or Caleb Williams?

Seems like Monken is already taking over Brock’s recruitment so no worries there.

Remains to be seen what happens with the rest. It looks like Kirby has worked this out to be Coley leaving on his own accord, not being told to leave

I’ve read some posts and had believed Monken was never a big recruiter but then Emerson’s article on Monken said he enjoyed the process and was personable. Not necessarily a claim or badge to say he’s an ace recruiter but better than what I heard prior. I’m interested to see how potent he is or if a Luke takes up come of the slack should Coley leave.

Coley is a great recruiter because he can go to guys outside his position group and make an instant connection with his personality and his familiarity with south Florida.

Monken doesn’t need to do that, just needs to connect with his QBs

Right but who takes on that Coley role is my question or are we just likely in for a hit to offensive recruiting? I imagine that’ll be Luke now (if Coley leaves).

I mean you still have Luke, Dell, and Hartley who all seem to recruit well with Hankton who isn’t half bad either. Who knows, Faulkner may be really solid in that regard in addition to being an actual QB coach

Yeah I’d think with the quick trip back with his parents we might be on commit watch here. Someone needs to fire up the 2021 thread.

Amarius Mims has UGA back on top and said he has a strong relationship with Vandagriff...

I don't we will see much drop in o-line recruiting under Luke.
