I think we are going to end up the top rated class in the SEC in 2018. I don’t think we catch Ohio State but who cares.
If we get Brenton Cox, Saylor, and Cade Mays we may not pass them but that's 3 really high rated players that would move us at least up to two nationally. We finished 3rd nationally last year and could end up 1 nationally next year. It's going to be close between Bama/LSU/Georgia next season but UGA is looking good early.

We talked earlier this year. We said the OL would look to still be struggling but for different reasons (inexperience). These young kids are physically more talented than previous classes. You don’t see our interior guys three yards back 8n the QBs jock anymore. The rest of the guys are a year older and in their second tour under the master. They have improved as the year has gone on. The fact we have a couple studs redshirting and possibly bringing in 5 rock solid kids this year only makes it better. Just wait till they start getting drafted and our TBs are Heisman candidates. This pro style O will draw OL prospects like flies.

Earlier this year the message was that a lot of these guys were going to wait and see if CKS was legit and I guess they got their answer.
How HUGE was this season? We're going to catapult ahead in the arms race with our success. I don't want to clutter this thread but these are really exciting times.

We're still right in it for 5* Cade Mays.
I'll believe it when I see it. He's from Knoxville. His dad played for UT. In the end, how many major recruits have we ever signed from the Knoxville area. I think the last one was the TE from Alcoa...like 30 years ago.
They tend to be homers...it's not like being from a big city...
I'm betting the kid was just waiting for Butch Jones to be fired...

UT is totally out, apparently. Clemson or UGA

I'm sure Pruitt and whoever is the new OC will have something to say about it.
Now if it really is between UGA and Clemson, kid would be nuts to go to Clemson...at least if he has any academic interests...

Don’t forget Tindall.

It has been huge and it’s not over. CSP is great but we also have better facilities, S/C staff, and our medical folks are top shelf. Combine that with a winning pro style offense in the SEC and shot has a way of falling into place. We’re not there yet but it’s going to happen.

Yeah, I have no idea why anyone would want to play football at Clemson
C'mon man, troll elsewhere. Clemson is the defending national champ, in the playoffs this season, and is a very decent academic institution.

Tell em Boss! Salyer is the last of the first big bunch of silents Hines found out about after the Kir-B-Que.
It's been fun watching them drop Big Dawg!!!!!

Has it truly been a matter of Kirby pulling the strings on the silents, coordinating when announce for maximum momentum?

Yes, but we can live with that one considering Hill committed tonight. As long as he gets 6,000 we’re fine.
Also, Salyer had an in home with Kirby and Pittman today, the same day Hill committed. I’m a fan of their process.
