Rusty said back in the summer or early fall that Mascoll was very overrated and UGA had really backed off. He was still a take, but he was not at the top of our OLB board. Brenton Cox will finish out our class at that position.

Looks like we're trending hard for Zamir White. We're sitting at 79% CB rating over the Taters' 21%.

I don't think Clemson is our biggest threat anymore. Watchout for Ohio State, they are making a big push. Funny story, one of the OSU staffers tried selling the White family on distance from Lauringburg, NC. They are telling him that Columbus is closer to home than Athens, lol. That's Auburn type shite right there

Trent Smallwood just released an article stating Tutt was down to 4..he showed up at the Opening decked out in UGA gear, we lead the CBs for him currently at 40% with 2 coming in the last 2 months, and not but a few months ago he told Kipp we led. Something must've changed big time...maybe he saw a practice and didn't like his chances to see the field early?

Seems like we're sandbagging the in state talent for 2018 beyond a couple of current commits, Salyer, and Hill.

I know this seems sour grapes-ish but I'm really not sure how hard Georgia is recruiting him. Mansell and Kipp Adams hardly ever mention him.
ETA: I do think he'll go to Georgia if Smart wants him. Family ties are strong

I know he has fallen like a rock since the initial Class of 2018 rankings came out last year.
He was, at one time, the #1 ranked CB in the class. Now he's like #13 or something.

No, according to him, it means that we're ahead of the other two. The boo birds came out when they saw the #1 & 2 quote, but the full interview is where the Zero Team comment came out. We were his first offer (albeit from Pruitt at the time), and it hasn't been a competition since.
