Saw where one of the auburn posters said Rochester made a statement that he could see himself EE at UGA unless some other school can change his mind from now till then. I know that's a long ways away, but we've made up a lot of ground on him in the last couple months. This staff is putting in some work this year.

US Army All-American DB. Great pickup and like I said on the RB, we're not taking commits lightly this cycle (due to numbers). If you're allowed to commit this early, it's because you're legit and we want you.

I'm not sure what a hard commit is but I assume that the scholarship is guaranteed. Am I right?

If they're committing and allowed to go public, the offer is legit. No scholarship offer is guaranteed, though, until the paperwork has been sent over on NSD

I do believe that nothing is literally 'guaranteed' until papers are signed.
But as to UGA football, yeah, I am guessing it is literally guaranteed (if you stay in school, out of jail, etc.).

I'm kind of surprised at this one. I've been reading about all these in-state DB's that we were high on. We took 7 DB's in the 2015 class, and that's two in 2016. Some of these Ga kids will fall off the list.
