Ramsey will likely be the starter then, but predicting that far out is a fool's errand

Give me Eason, but give him to me as a redshirt freshman or a sophomore. Time to adjust to college, get a couple years of practice in the offense under his belt, and then let Bobo and Richt turn him loose and wreak havoc on secondaries (ND in particular) everywhere.

I guess this is more of an indictment of my faith in Ramsey. Just got a bad feeling about him. But I am in the minority.

If there's one position I trust the coaches to develop it's the qb spot. Ramsey has proven he has the physical skills, I trust that Bobo and Richt will have him or the others ready.

I look at UGA not taking a QB in 2015 as a vote of confidence in Ramsey basically. Richt and Bobo have a pretty good record with QBs, so I'm inclined to trust them.

Nah. You never take that kind of risk for a kid who will be ready to play in Athens in 2016 at the earliest, if you even get him at all. That's just dumb
ETA- it is a tactic to get Eason, but one they would only use if they felt comfortable with a QB who's already on campus

I agree it's dumb. Same as not taking a QB this year is dumb.

Richt and Bobo wouldn't have the record they do with QBs by making poor judgements in the recruitment of QBs. I'm inclined to think they're comfortable with Ramsey
