I think for the younger guys it's probably through HS coach recommendations, but I'm not sure on that. That's the way it works for most select camps. HS coach recommends the younger player to the college coach, and then the college invites the player.
Eta- another option would be to go to the Mark Richt camp, do well, and get invited back.

We'll probably go the Mark Richt Camp route. He'll have to earn the invitation.

My buddies kid was a senior this year and he camped at UGA and several other places. His kid ended up at Lehigh because he wasn't a big time prospect but they didn't have invites I think they just showed up.

How are we feeling about Lorenzo Phillips? He is an OLB who is at East Miss CC. Used to play (was in the 2 deep) at LSU before academic issues made him transfer to CC. Currently holds offers from UGA and Texas a&m.
