Damn Good Dawg...

Would you mind posting a full sized version of your avatar for me? I need to send that picture to someone.

For those of you that don't know anything about Michel, he's been a legend in Florida since he started at an 8A (I think) high school in 8th grade. Absolutely killer vision, speed, and quickness. He would make people forget about Kamara real quick. There are good backs in Ga next year, but no one quite as good as him.

He was considered a Miami lock for the longest time but looming sanctions have changed that.

And I would still want Choice and Chubb with him.

Sorry for back-paging you.... was not intentional.

Saban is NOT a better coach, he just cheats and lies to win. That's it.
Well regardless he has won 3 out of 4 NCs so he must be doing something pretty damn good. And UGA and Bama recruit the same exact guys so don't kid yourself into thinking we are above taking guys with character flaws that Bama will take.

Obviously anything recruiting is fluid and can change anytime, but I'd rather it be looking good than looking bad.

Funny you should mention that. Kipp is saying that Michel has pushed UGA to the top of his list due to Kamara's decision. Michel knows he will see the field as a freshman at UGA.

Looking like missing on Kamara was a blessing in disguise. We save that Scholly for this year and get a better running back. win win.

Between Michel, Fournette and Jalen Hurd, this may turn out to be one of the better RB classes in recent memory. Very impressive, but top heavy.

We already have a Kamara in this class and his name is Tramel Terry.

The top 10 non-OL priorities IMO should be:

1) Lorenzo Carter - best player in the state, big-time pass rusher. You always need those, especially in the 3-4.
2) Sony Michel - missing on Kamara means we need an elite back this cycle. We are recruiting several others but Michel is the best of the bunch
3) Elisha Shaw - need elite level players on the DL, always
4) Dontavious Russell - see above
5) Deshaun Watson - we don't really need a QB, but I get the sense he's kind of the ringleader for the 2014 in-state guys
6) Davonte Lambert - elite JUCO DL, would provide immediate help at a position we could be thin at.
7) Raekwon MacMillan - big-time player, would be further up the list had we not signed 4 ILB this year
8 a/b) Nick Chubb and/or Adam Choice - need at least 2 backs this cycle, and I don't think Williams sticks. These two are better than Williams anyway imo
10) Milan Richard - Herschel's nephew. Good player at TE (we need 1 or 2). Would look really bad perception-wise if we missed on him.

We obviously need 3-4 OL minimum as well. No names have really surfaced though except Orlando Brown, who looks intent on heading OOS

Rankin has a future as the next "Wildman" on Discovery if the NFL isn't in the cards.
