This was posted in an MSU thread and also on a Gator board but thought I'd share:
Seems to me that if there is any merit to this, that some reporters should get on their shite and blow it out of the water prior to NSD. Just my opinion... regardless of whether they choose UGA or not, the kids deserve to know if the school is about to take it up the rear dry.

This will be my first and only post. A man name Jamie Holder is being investigated by the NCAA. Mr. Holder is an executive at Hol-Mac Corp in Bay Springs, MS, a former Ole Miss football player, and resides on Ole Miss's Board of Directors for the Alumni Association. The NCAA is investigating his involvement in the recruitments of Cody Pruitt and Donte Moncrief. The allegations include pay for play and providing jobs to Pruitt's family, namely his grandmother. While investigation of allegations of this nature are not uncommon, what is alarming is that Ole Miss is using a private firm and outsourcing the compliance tasks to ensure that they are not forced to release the information through a Freedom of Information Act request. The official announcement of the investigation is being delayed until after National Signing Day to "protect this class." The act of hiding this information to their respective recruits, and the chance that these kids could be walking into a University facing potentially major sanctions, is alarming and cause for concern. I hope that someone will do their due diligence and protect these kids who are being lied to and misled. Mr. Holder, his family, and Ole Miss's compliance department are fully aware of these allegations.

Lot of rumors but nothing will ever happen. The NCAA is not going to go to any effort on this and after signing day you will never hear anything else about this.

Look... if a couple of dudes can put the Manti Teo Hoax story together in like 48 hours, I think someone should be able to sniff enough out of this nonsense to put together the hint at impropriety enough that it would make recruits think twice.

If Tunsil is willing to sell us down the road for a scholarship for his girlfriend and something for his brother then that kid deserves to get screwed. You know what they say about karma.

The problem is that the Te'O thing could be figured out by any idiot with any research ability. It was a big deal because it went unnoticed and unresearched for so damn long despite being so easy.
Nailing a school on any major violation requires either valid eye-witness testimony, a recording of an illegal transaction, or an admission of guilt.
I can about guarantee that this guy is probably right about what's happening at Ole Miss, but unless a reporter or the NCAA have one of the above 3 things, it's just another of many farts like it, discarded by the wind.

Yeah, not about to try to help his sorry arse out here. Not only did he screw UGA this week. He screwed them early Fall with Trenton, and I am beginning to think it was deliberate so that he would be the only LT taken.

NCAA did nothing about Cam Newton and dad. Why would they do anything about Tunsilgate?
It takes something of SMU proportions going on for YEARS in broad daylight for the NCAA to act.

Not worth it, wait until the 2013 season when they're battling with State to stay out of the basement. Know when to play that card

A Bama board I saw has said that Tyren Jones may have been asked to Gray shirt at Bama. Should be interesting to see what he decides to do, if in fact that is the case.

FWIW, Kipp Adams shot down that rumor. He said Jones is solid and that UGA has had no contact.

What happened to Adams being a UGA lean just a couple of hours ago?

A few paysites have Adams leaning to Auburn. I have no inside sources, a la JHD.
IMO, I think Auburn having Garner and a 4-3 base is appealing. Just my .02

He took his whole family to the Barn this weekend. Obviously, if he wasn't that interested he wouldn't have done that. I think a former coach screwed us on this one.
