I am seriously doubting your black street cred. Hell I appear more black than you and I am whiter than Casper the Ghost.

This is the real reason I play basketball so much and am good at it.
Clinging to that black card by a goddamn thread

Then you really need to learn to dance, a black wingman who can not dance is totally useless.

Depends on where you play. Spend some time on the Blue courts behind Craft Center. If the white guys don't laugh at you there is hope.

Can you dunk?
Nah. I'm short and have no ups Dunked in-game once back in college, but I cheated by climbing over the defender's back to do so
I'm more of a 3&D guy with some post moves. Think a slimmmer, shorter, stronger Boris Diaw

Used to shut down the courts at TAMU's Rec Center all the time. I wasn't the best by any stretch, but certainly not the worst!

Did you play any of the sisters from the TAMU team? If not you might want to rethink your source. I am going out on a limb to say the Rec Center @ TAMU is a bit easier than some jr high schools in KY and IN where basketball is a bigger religion than southern baptists or lutherans.
Did you ever take Gumby 1 on 1 in Reed? (the original Gumby and not the current one)

Yeah, a few. Most notably Danielle Adams.

I will not. Balled with DeAndre Jordan, Donald Sloan, and Khris Middleton, to name a few, back in the day. Martellus Bennett was also a damn good player.

You'd be so very, very wrong
I'm not saying basketball is as big in TX as it is in KY or IN, but we have hotbeds and it's a big arse state. By sheer volume there are scores of great ballers to go up against.

Nah, but I know who he was through TexAgs. Guy was awesome

Well, people don't instantly recognize my ring cause it's not yellow gold(which is hideous, btw).
I think what makes me feel Aggie the most, is expecting our team, no matter the sport, to lose until the game is actually over. I'm not even comfortable with big leads.

My wife does the same thing. She didn't watch the end of 2012 Bama.

Understandable. Try 40 years(with a few exceptions) of living that way.

Basketball, like most things in Texas, has an incredibly high ceiling.
In KY the floor is so high though, and every night there is a pickup game in at least one of the churches in town, in every town.

I had no idea cargo shorts weren't a common thing when I graduated. I still don't own a pair of shorts that aren't cargo or gym shorts. Probably never will. I hate those plaid frat shorts.

Ditto to all that. I wear cargos all the time. Even my plaid shorts have cargo pockets
