BG been holding it down awhile! 
I'd heard of tigerdroppings and the SEC Rant before, but mostly lurked, especially during A&M's 2010 SEC flirtation. Finally took the leap and joined once we were matched up in the Cotton Bowl with LSU. Kinda dropped off after that, but when the A&M/SEC talks heated up again, I decided the Rant was the place to be.

Yeah I remember trying to join way back in the day but it wouldn't let me use my gmail or something? Does that sound real? Either way I'm here now. That is all that matters.

Switched later and it was all good.

I'm still new. Well new to posting, I used to lurk without signing up.

I was just about to post a thread on this!! Very refreshing. I find myself on the Rant more. TA is over-moderated. Plus, the "off the grass" type schtick is old. There is more objectivity here, plus the smack is fun.

You need to better delineate what you are talking about. I believe that you are talking about the public board over there ... in which case I agree.
The premium boards are pretty good for the most part and the Varsity board is great conversation.
While I do enjoy the conversation over here (sometimes) I only come here because TA is blocked from work and my mobile gets no service in my building.

And someone earlier nailed it. Arguing with MSU fans is like arguing with Rice fans. They are having a bit of success right now but traditionally they suck at everything. They aren't arrogant, they are freaking over the moon right now and being new here we confuse the two. When you start to reply, imagine Rice was 7-1 right now and pretend the MSU posters are them. We'll learn, but they are the school you feel sorry for and root for when no one is looking because it's funny whenever someone else loses to them.
