tmc94 thanks for clarifying. I read "red shirted last year" and immediately thought 2011.
I didn't realize he didn't play this year thus why I mentioned that he punted in the Idaho game (which we played in 2011)...

I don't think that there is a real answer since we are recruiting Harvey as a CB and Noil as a WR.
They are both studs. Size and speed seems to be similar as are their rankings....

Are you certain? He punted in the Idaho game according to Aggie Athletics and he is classified as a Sophomore not a Freshman (like Bertolet is)...

Nothing, but he is 2 years into his eligibility. This will give us the ability to 1) introduce competition without using a scholly 2) hedge against injury 3) prep a new punter for 2 years down the road when Kaser is gone so we aren't breaking in a fish.
As long as there is no scholarship being us...

Also, I am hearing the same as tmc94 as far as numbers, I was under the impression that was why we weren't taking a commit from Freeman right now. The dude is plenty talented....

You won't see many of our kids that have "offers" from Texas because they are notorious for only offering if they know you will commit. But the best player in the state (Ricky Seals-Jones) was originally committed to Texas and signed with A&M.
Same with the best rush DE in the state Daeshon Hall....

Griffin's twitter is confusing to read.
First he stated he was going JUCO, then he said he would not be going JUCO :banghead: :confused: :banghead:
Either way, he seems to be very excited about A&M and working to get in.
He also just said he will be on the news tonight at 5:00 wonder what...
