Compiled the most recent stats for our incoming transfers.
Logan Henderson is by far the most impressive. Let's hope he isn't drafted. I would think he'd be a lock to come in and lock down a Friday or Saturday night starters spot.
Jack Moss is probably the next best. Solid #s vs Pac 12 competition. You'd like to see the power grow as he gets a little older.
Dylan Rock put up monster numbers at UTSA. He should be in the mix for a starting position.
Micah Dallas will be in the weekend rotation conversation, for sure. He's got a nice track record at TTU.
Bibee should be too. His lack of strikeouts worries me somewhat. He's probably more a Sunday/Tuesday kind of guy. Maybe bullpen.
Dombkowski is supposed to have some big league type stuff. He was good at Hartford, but did;t dominate the lower level of competition.
Dillard should be a contender to take over as closer or at least be a key guy to slot in for high leverage situations out of the bullpen. Should be fully recovered from TJ for fall.

39th overall with a 1.91 M slot. Goodbye. Good luck in the minors.

Would be huge to bring him back.

And just like that, he gets drafted along with Miller.
112th - Saenz to Washington
113th - Miller to Seattle

Bibee in the fifth to Cleveland. Saw where he was likely to go today but this seems high. He might be one where they could get him on and raise his stock but who knows

I didn't think Tanner Bibee was that type of prospect. Maybe a team is reaching here to get him under slot so they can use it elsewhere.

He was 200 or so on the Baseball America rankings I think. Pitchability guy which Cleveland loves. He’s likely under slot but unfortunate for us
The Henderson thing really sucks. He sounds like a guy who could have blown up for us next year.

Finally found a little time to catch up on this thread, seems like Schloss has put together a solid staff.
What’s our pitching going to look like next year? I saw a few guys got drafted that we wanted back
And how do you have the time to keep up with all this farmer? Lol

Schloss hired some really good assistants. We still have to wait and see what happens with the rest of the draft, what freshman make it in, how the freshmen do, transfers in & out. Basically, its too early for me to make any decent guess yet.

Yeah of the 300+ guys who go in the top 10 rounds every year maybe 4-5 typically don’t sign. These teams almost always know the number needed before they take a guy there
