74-72?
Are you fricking kidding me??
We will never see something like that again.
May have single handedly birthed an actual non forced rivalry.
Ignore the LSU ref talk. You got us.
In the best game the series will probably ever see. Good Game Ags.
Ready to see y'all in death Valley next year

GG, GTN. Two days later and I'm still tryna process the shite we all saw. My mental faculties weren't set up to handle a 74-72 affair

Here is a kind of weird thing that happened in that game.
Both of Mond's last two throws in regulation went into dangerous spots to players who had to make great catches instead of players running free that would have scored with ease.
On the play before the spike, Kendrick Rogers had to make a leaping grab inside a pocket of defenders while Quartney Davis was wide open in the center of the field with nobody around him. On the TD that forced OT, Davis had to make a leaping grab in a pocket of defenders while Rogers lost his man as he crossed the middle of the field around the 3 yard line for what would have been a far safer throw for a TD. So in the last 3 plays Davis lost a touchdown to a pass to Rogers while Rogers lost a touchdown to a pass to Davis.

I've noticed that at times as well but sometimes you have to consider the safety sees him throwing to Rogers in the first example and breaks off Quartney. Could very well have kept with Quartney if Mond was throwing to him
