He’s an outgoing dude. With where his life has gone the past few years I think he’s earned the right to be excited and have attention on his successes.

It is supposed to limit oxygen supply so you train your body to perform in those conditions. It supposed to mock high altitude training, but it doesn't.

The best way to train your body to require less oxygen is to go jog in the bitter cold weather. No joke, I always used to jog with my mouth open but as soon as I stepped into the cold I shut my mouth up. Those lung cramps will help you learn how to control your breathing real quick .

Before I did this, I used to lose my breath from small physical activity at mile high altitude when visiting family. But after I started working out and controlling my breathing, I went back and found myself in better conditioning than the locals.
