Sternberger was expected.

Dodson leaving is NOT good for next season, with our only returning linebackers being Hines and Johnson and no true mike linebacker returning.

So you think that our best upperclass linebacker declaring for the draft is a GOOD thing for next season when we only have one returning linebacker (Johnson) with any significant playing time?

Surprised Chad Morris' boyfriend (Dr. RC) hasn't started posting the L gifs yet.

There is obviously quite a bit area of between “good” and “screwed” but you know that

Obviously not, but its too early to start worrying about next year.

frick, next year is the hardest schedule in A&M history. Probably better for our mental health to avoid tying expectations to next year.

Only L I see is the board rain man (CGSC Lobotomy) overreacting as per usual.

If Devonta Lee is really looking for early playing time, this should help with him. But damn, 2019 is going to be tough. 2020 was always the year anyway.

We will spin one of the safeties, or Rovers down to full time LB. Starters will be Hines and Johnson, which is a little concerning. I would not be surprised at ALL to see a ton of nickel next year, and White will be in the two-deep for certain

Hansford is working at LB already as well. If we can find a way to fit in a quality grad transfer LB though we should

Hansford played LB in high school, so that is actually encouraging

Dodson was always a possibility, but a lot of fans got their hopes up on him when he talked about getting his degree. My guess is the combination of Alaka being gone, and possibly family pressures caused him to change his mind

It definitely caught the A&M staff behind the eight ball if you can read Liucci speak

I sincerely hope he doesn't. And it's rare that I'm unselfish when it comes to Aggie football personnel

I'd rather give Corbin, Prince and Spiller their chance to shine.

I’m thinking McCoy or Williams announces tomorrow, and then the last one Friday, that way they all get their day in the spot light.
