thanks again for the suggestions.

if we're coming from houston, what shuttle/parking lot do you all recommend?

also, it's possible we will be sans tickets. best place to buy before the game?

Usually not good, since it is a holiday weekend I would assume it would be worse. 290 is a beotch when they are working on it

If he has a EZTag or TxTag, he can just hop on 99 and bypass most of that mess.

I personally take the back roads during Gameday. You never know when an accident is going to cause traffic to come to a halt on Highway 6. I take 249 to Tomball (toll), then 1774 to Anderson, and then 244 to Highway 30, and on to College Station (105 to Navasota is also an option). Takes longer but you're guaranteed to get there without any traffic issues.

choosing between rx pizza, fargo's and grub/koppe. might be a game time decision. going to be hard to pass up fargo's.

just checking in to say we had a great time on the trip. everyone was hospitable. the stadium experience was great. drive to and from was 10x better than traffic after lsu games. ate at fargo's. everyone liked everything they had. hung out at the corner bar on the roof which was cool. walked through dixie chicken. obligatory stop at buccee's.

thanks for the suggestions.
