Going to the game Saturday but I cannot remember ever heading to a game feeling as hopeless as I do now. I see no way we win, I see a curb stomping that results in more gnashing of teeth and decommitments.

I think we've all been dreading this game ever since Jarrett Stidham signed with Auburn.

The bad thing is that I don't feel hopeless at all, I feel completely indifferent. Looked like the players felt the same last Saturday. At least when you're hopeless, you fight like you have nothing to lose. Nonetheless, I'll be there Saturday to cheer them on as well.

I'll be hunting, as Saturday is opening day of deer season for rifle. Part of me wants to hide in the woods and not watch it. I won't be able to drink during the game because I want to hunt afterwards. So it will be a painful and sober experience.

I’ve been apathetic this whole season since the beginning. Knew I didn’t trust sumlin anymore after 2016 so nothing to this point has surprised me, except maybe the wins over USCe and Florida. I’m just happy when we get a win, a little bummed out when we lose, but nothing major.
I pretty much discounted this season from the get go, and looks like I was right in doing so.

not me. in my personal experience auburn fans have been by far some of the worst/most disappointing. their representation on this site is pretty dismal too. i can't think of a single auburn poster i find insightful/amusing.
