Just saw a short clip of the helmet swing. That was ugly. Good thing DeCastro stepped in and helped deflect a bit. That could have done some serious damage. Curious what got Myles so triggered. Off to search for a longer clip

Y’all need to stop being so dramatic. He’ll get six games, maybe the rest of the year and that’s it. He isn’t going to be charged with a crime and isn’t getting kicked out of the league

Just so we’re clear, it was absolutely incredibly stupid and wrong and he’ll get a hefty suspension. My hot takes everywhere is just to troll LSU fans.
I do think it’s very silly how hard some people are trying to act like this was attempted murder or that this is unprecedented. It’s AT LEAST the third such incident in the NFL I can think of off the top of my head.

I understand Rudolph not liking the tackle, but Garrett probably never saw that he got the pass off. Rudolph trying to rip Garrett's helmet off is inexcusable, but Garrett's rage induced retaliation was sheer battery. Brought to mind Kermit Washington.
Then add Pouncey to the mix. The punches and the kick. Wow! Curious if anyone has ever broken a hand punching a helmet.

No excuse to swing the helmet regardless of what was said. Should have dropped it and started swinging if it was awful. Rudolph is a clown and deserved to get popped, but a helmet can kill someone.
Even the Steelers linemen were just holding him back to that point.
