So Manziel is out of the CFL for violating some “agreement”, I’ve already seen speculation it’s drugs or drug test related, but that’s low hanging fruit who knows what the real reason is and if we will find out.
So what’s next? AAF or XFL? Sad to say his NFL chances that were already probably less than 1% went to straight 0.0%.
Damn shame and waste of talent, kinda karma for us too with all the laughing and fun we made of Vince young back in the day. It’s almost comical how identical the situations are for us and the sips. Both our favorite QBs in recent memory that’s just a total f*** up in the real world.

I loved watching Johnny play and I hope the best for him, but he needs to start finding what he wants to do after football. I don't think he will catch on in any of the other leagues. I am almost positive the XFL preemptively said no. I sucks that he threw it all away, but that is kinda what addicts do...they eff shite up.
As an aside, I am really kind of glad he only had the two years with us. Could you imagine the s-storm that would have come down on our athletic department had he played two more?

Honestly at this point, unless the AAF comes calling, Johnny’s football career is over.

Now Jorvorskie Lane has a tweet that “the truth will come out about his senior year very soon” and says it’s “going to be fun”.
Something 10 years ago needs to be brought up? I know he didn’t play nearly as much in Sherman’s first year and there was all the speculation about the position move and weight gain at the time, but what the hell is this about now?

I remember seeing him at a party his senior year a Thursday night before game drunk as frick and just pouring sweat. Like he was impossibly sweaty. Wonder if that will be included
