Any Houstonians know why 225 is completely shut down? I've gone 1 mile in 45 minutes, and I'm out of curse words. Hope it wasn't an accident.

I know they have been doing construction on 225 right around Beltway 8 for a few weeks, they had two lanes of both sides of the freeway closed.

Yeah that's the normal traffic.
Turns out it's just shite on PTJ day. Construction, power lines, 18 wheeler made a blind turn into a truck a couple ahead of me, now stalled vehicle in the lane I chose now that I'm at the light.
Thankful there wasn't an accident that caused the backup, and that it wasn't me that got bumped by the 18 wheeler. (In which it looked like he was trying to blame the accident on the guy that wasn't changing lanes. Go figure)
