good series win. Feel we should have won yesterday and swept but a win nonetheless.
Should set us up for #1 vs #2 next weekend (and likely in every poll**). UF lost to UK today so if they lose the series tomorrow we should be #1 and them #2.
** The only poll we weren't #2 already, we were #4 and #2 Oregon State got swept and #3 UNC lost a home series to GT.

and on that note, just a heads up but right now, the Sat/Sun games are both scheduled for ESPNU.
Not sure what else ESPN has going, but it won't surprise me at all to see them move stuff around and have us bumped to a "bigger" channel like the LSU series last year. Hopefully they pick up Friday as well

It may be short lived. We play #15 UH in Houston then #2 UF in Gainesville. If we go 3-1 or 4-0

A few random single season records.
Moss & Boomer are both on pace to reach the top 10 all time in hits in a single season. #1 is Jason Tyner with 107 in 98. Tied in 9th is Dane Carter (08) & Daylan Holt (99) with 98 hits.
Moss is aslo on pace to be #2 or #3 in runs scored.
1. Kirk Thompson - 90 ('89)
2. Terry Taylor- 82 ('89)
3. Steven Truit - 80 ('99)
BTW how ridiculous is it that the 2 highest were both the same year. The 89 team must have been something special.

With Rob's hot start he's trying to catch MJ's win %. He's going to need this year & next to be (w/l wise) just like last year to catch MJ.

It's great to be really good in baseball and basketball this year, hopefully football turns it around and gets to 10 wins as well
