Im pretty sure the sports world has forgotten about their back-to-back NCs. They're never mentioned in discussions on the subject. AT ALL.
Les Miles' 2 loss NC team and NC losing team are remembered more than those 2 UGA teams.
Hell, Ed Orgeron's defeat of Saban in 2019 is given more attention and higher regard than UGA's NC win against him (even funnier is that the only NC game between the two that is ever brought up is the one UGA lost
) UGA is a boring program, with a boring culture. Because of that, nobody cares.

They always have 2-3 muscled up backs that get down field but aren’t all that flashy.
Solid receivers and usually some white dude that always catches the ball.
Defense smothers but it’s the same defense every year with new names on the jerseys.
That big arse dude that went to the Eagles is the only truly interesting player they’ve had in a decade.
I’m not really knocking them. It certainly works to win the majority of their games.

Georgia under Smart is 90% "Saban" ball, prior to the Lane years. Real fundamental but very vanilla run with top tier talent.
