Why is Georgia Such a Boring Top Team?

They’re never talked about and not fun to watch, but recruit insane talent and are consistently a top 5 team.
I don’t know if that’s even fun as a fan. The best part of college football is the hype and dreams. Georgia is just kind of there.

People are used to them winning. The most exciting winning teams to talk about for average fans are teams that have never won anything, like Ole Miss.

it really is strange. the ingredients are all there. elite coaching, championship winning program, constant off the field legal troubles. but the viewing experience is less than the sum of its parts. they're just so god damn boring to watch.

People still think of them like the Mark Richt era. Boring and a non-factor. No one cares about them, even UGA alum.

Those “dawgs” start yapping when you tell them this but we all know it’s the truth. I hurt their feelings earlier in the year when I told them that the Bama game was the first time this year I saw them play a snap.

A lot of times when teams go on a good run and stack their teams with talent they become boring as hell to watch unless the coach is offense minded.
