Meanwhile we have to play Bama, Mizzou, Oklahoma at home and @LSU, @Texas, and @ OM

If we tGrind USCe then beat Mizzou at home then that puts us in a big game at home against Bama. Historically we have done bad against them especially when we are hyped…. But would Bama’s coach survive if he got Lebby’d this year?

In 2024 and 2025, Georgia did not play Arkansas, Oklahoma, or Vandy. We also did not play Missouri or South Carolina and they are on this year's schedule too. Those two seasons are what determined the schedule this season.

It's questionable why we even play Alabama and Ole Miss this year, since we played them the last two seasons. Should've played LSU, TAMU or Kentucky. If we wanted the schedules to be fair and even over time, we would've used a rotating system with no permanents and random generated date assignments. Nobody wanted that, except maybe me because I don't trust Greg Sankey and his team.

Call me crazy, but I think Oklahoma beat them

Just like the Michigan game week one we are going to overreact to one game this season and then next week will be a different story

From a spectator's standpoint, our early schedule is lacking.

From a coaching standpoint, it lined up perfectly:

-FCS opener
-G6
-(respectfully) lower-tier SEC on the road
-first real test

The kinks should have been worked out, and a lot of people have played.

The SEC makes the conference schedules.

For some reason, people on this board wanted to give the SEC more games to control on the schedule.

If you are for 9 games, I hope you aren't complaining about what you asked for.

I like the old way (h&h with notre dame, clemson, neutral sites with Oregon, Clemson, UNC).
