Georgia is built to win the SEC, not the title. They can’t hang with Ohio State, Miami, Notre Dame
Depends on how healthy we are. Just my opinion, but if Georgia's defense stays healthy they'll be a challenge for anybody. By the end of the season they have the potential to be very good.

We don't really even know how good Miami and Notre Dame are yet... Everyone looks good against cupcakes

Yeah, from the bit I've watched of y'all they look better than they have in recent years. But yeah, it is encouraging when your team does what it is supposed to do. I have always subscribed to the belief that the truly great teams don't win the close ones...they win the blowouts.

Top half of b10 is better than top half of sec, bottom half of sec is better than bottom half of B10

I swear people on here really have no understanding of football no matter how much they watch. Everyone overreacting and week 2 isn’t even over yet.

The current of structure of college football means that only about 10 teams can even play in the national title sandbox. The SEC has a maximum of 4 of those right now.
From there, the difference between the legit contenders and the also rans is culture, coaching, and development. Texas meets the criteria of the former but doesn’t appear to meet the latter criteria unless they improve a lot over the next 2+ months.

The B10 is just better right now, top to bottom.
I don’t think that’s true. I think SEC is generally better from about team 3 through about team 12 but the gap isn’t nearly as big as it was 10 years ago.
The real issue is that the intra-conference gap between the genuinely elite teams in the power conferences vs. everyone else in their conferences has become chasmic. The top dogs in the Big Ten are much better than everyone else in their conference. Same for the SEC. Same for the ACC + ND and the Big XII.
Obviously not a fan of the SEC or any team in it, for what it’s worth.

I wouldn't say we're the only one. I was impressed with Bama's second half. If they can run the ball like they did in the second half, maybe they are contenders.
I'm not impressed with the scores in our game as much as I am with some things we are doing now that we weren't doing last year, even in those type games.
