Been happening for years, with the Bama mulligans and the home cooking. E$PN wants the “name” programs for ratings, they pay the league, the league pays the refs. Just follow the money. Rigged as shite!

I denied this for a long time.
I don’t think it’s any detailed “Rig it for Bama or Texas” game plans discussed.
But I don’t doubt Sankey mentions in passing to the SEC head of officiating and then he casually mentions it to the field officials: “Remember who our money teams are.”

Bama, unfortunately, has never benefited from refs handing out bad calls. Bama always has to fight the refs and whatever team they are playing.

Texas had a scoop and score at the end of the half and they blew the whistle 3 seconds after the ball was stripped and the play was blown dead. Even though the runner was still moving forward.
Really awful call that could have changed the entire game.
