Seriously, nobody gives AF about them anymore. They are playing UGA and no one cares because no one thinks they are worth a shite.
Tubberville was apparently elite because outside of one season that was the last time they were relevant.

Gus and Chizik had a combined three good seasons at Auburn. Chizik in 2010 (which was admittedly a magical season) and Gus in 2013 and 2017.

Chizik had a good year 1, an NC in year 2, a bad year 3, and the worst season in Auburn’s history in year 4.
Gus had two great years (2013 and 2017) and two decent years (2014 and 2019) and four atrocious years (2015, 2016, 2018, 2020).
Now we’re on our third coach who is a dud.
OP is correct. No one gives a shite about Auburn football. A lot of Auburn fans are starting to feel the same way.
