Miami was outbid for Leavitt and Sorsby but had the money to pay Mensah? That makes no sense.

lol at Iowa being a legit #14 they would get boat raced at most sec buildings
meh. At a few. I'd bet they'd hold their own against all but 3 or 4 SEC schools. The SEC isn't what it used to be. Even UGA with Kirby isn't what they have been in the past.

The SEC is the deepest conference in college football. The ACC is trash. The 2nd best team in the ACC is probably Pitt who just lost their QB for the season.

You couldn’t be more wrong. Wake, Louisville and SMU would be tier 2 teams in the SEC.

The same Wake that needed OT to beat Purdue and the same SMU that looked like dog shite against Missouri St and BC?

Yes. These SEC teams aren’t any better.

Iowa beat Michigan to get ranked there, and Michigan sucks arse
And Michigan beat OU. I’m an SEC honk but the B10 is nothing to sneeze at. Iowa is a ridiculously tough place to play. I grew up Noe]rth but played at UF. The 2 best conferences in football for sure. And yes, anyone can lose at a Northwestern. Respect.

Ohio State went to Austin and also beat a good Iowa team today.

I’m an LSU alum and grew up on SEC football but people acting like Kirk Ferentz and his DC aren’t all time great coaches. Northwestern has a promising young head coach and Chip Kelly as their OC. I could go on.

Meanwhile, the SEC is beating the shite out of each other. Encountering injuries. It’s bullshite. Most of the SEC teams could take these guys down.

This argument works for Miami, not so much for Ohio State. Indiana’s schedule is very backloaded. NW and Iowa would finish in the top third of the SEC. Michigan sucks, though.

The SEC schools will be bracketed against each other in the playoffs too.

Wake should have lost to Purdue if you watched the game. You sound like a dickriding Miami fan
