I guess Mark Stoops was not the biggest problem at Kentucky.

If Stoops had been coaching, we would have lost by 50+ and probably scored 7 or fewer.

There are no moral victories in a blowout loss.

Stoops was an excellent coach. He should still be there.

The way Stoops was trending, it would’ve been worse.

Still high on Stein. Just needs to get the talent in.

Agreed , he can obviously coach , once he builds some depth that's when your expectations should grow

I believe Kentucky has something to build on. Ran hard on offense and penetrated on defense.

RTR

They're a good team. They could win 7 or 8 games this season.

Doubt the 50 point thing. 7 or fewer i could see. Air wouldve been out of the ball by the 2nd qrtr

Good game Tide. You have some maulers on defense and your offense will improve game by game.

Did you watch the last two games of the season? The players quit on him.

Nothing new was coming in, and we would have Cutter Boley at QB1. Nothing wrong with him; he just isn't ready for the SEC.

Now he is tearing it up at Arizona State and may work his way back to the SEC after a season there, but SEC teams also had a reason not to jump to land him when he entered the portal.

His defenses always played hard but they would have been gassed before half time and then we always had a letdown in the 3rd qtr only to bounce back and save some kind of moral victory in the 4th. Still would have been blown out.

Good game Cats. Nice to see the energy and enthusiasm in your program. Stein is better than Stoops already.

They beat us 63-3 in 2020. 49-21 in 2023

So 45-17 is in line with a stoops score except we never woukd have led with Stoops and all his scores woukd have been versus scrubs.
