Nah, happens all the time. That's recruiting, don't have enough spots for everybody you're recruiting.

Literally happens all the time to 99% of the players that go to those camps. Plus, $1500? What is he, poor?

Just because it happens all the time doesn't mean he isn't allowed to be pissed about it? $1,500 is a lot of money and I'd be pissed too.

Nah he's just poor.

And he didn't even tell the whole story.

Both he and McLeod camped at the same time and McLeod won the offer from Bama. He then committed like 2 days later to Bama.

He's basically complaining that he didn't get an offer even though he paid $1500 for it. Nah kid, you just aren't good enough, which is crazy considering how bad McLeod is (he's terrible).

Good luck UT fans!

I'd be pissed too, but it's not like our QBs were silent commitments. All he had to do was look at the committed list on any site.

Also, he was told they wanted to see him throw at the camp and they'd let him know afterward. He didn't like the answer, but the process leading up to the answer was made clear to him. If he wanted a different answer, he should have performed better. He had his shot to earn the offer and didn't cut it. I wish him the best at UT except for 1 game per year.

I will stick up for Bama on this, this kid is a crybaaby bitch. Bama didn't offer 99.9% of the quarterbacks out there and he was one of them. Big deal. He got exposure at the camp I am sure and it was his choice to go to the camp.

Maybe he got some instruction at that camp that will make him a better QB? So UGA offers everyone they invite to camp?

That is a lot of money. Not that the kid should be going through the public and starting a personal vendetta against Alabama and Nick Saban, but he has a point.

This. Both Ferguson and McLeod attended the same camp in early June competing for the remaining QB offer. Based on their performances, McLeod earned the offer and committed. McLeod was not already committed prior to the camp as Ferguson claims.

Any slight is imagined.

He'll have to earn it. Dobbs may start before he does anyway.

Only time he ever missed school was in Kindergarten, 4.0 gpa in high school and will major in engineering. In terms of mentality, he is the anti-Bray.

Seriously. He just needs to put on some pounds, but a dual threat guy with a brain and leadership skills is what we need badly.

they get instruction and exposure at these camps. you are not paying for a guaranteed offer or anything.

There's a hell of a lot more 'poor' folks than you realize then. A lot more folks live paycheck to paycheck than you realize.
Damn good folks, just trying to get by.

DAMN. I was hoping Tennessee wouldn't take this game seriously. Now you're telling me that our rivals, with a new coaching staff coming off a disappointing season, now has a MOTIVATED freshman qb that we didn't want.

We're fooked.

Nobody said anything different but you can fault the kid for being mad about $1500 and the way it went down. Come on.
