What is going on?
There has been 3 Ole Miss commits flipping their pledges to Louisville recently
Tyler Barron, Tamarion Mcdonald and now Taz Nicholson

I would assume some sort of NIL falling through or not being as originally promised

Louisville's NIL game is very strong and can compete with almost anyone out there. Jeff Brohm has the #1 portal class from what I have seen.
Our defense is going to be frickin sick next year

I'm sure no one will believe me since it's the SEC rant, but:
Wanted to be guaranteed a starter. We said no, he flipped, and we grabbed the South Alabama guy (who was a take for us regardless of what Tamarion did).
We definitely wanted to keep him, but he wants to keep playing with Tamarion and his brother / step-brother is committed to Louisville.
Academic issues - processed since he couldn't get into Ole Miss for the spring. No idea if Louisville can get him in, or are willing to wait to get him on campus in the summer. Him not being on campus for spring ball was a deal breaker for Ole Miss.

Yam Banks replaced him and is more highly rated.

Taz Nicholson
Walker from Michigan has replaced him.

Jared Ivey is better. 3 year starter and MVP of the Peach bowl.
We’re also recruiting DL and Secondary players from Alabama. We’re fine.

OleVaught14, you just can’t reason with some folks. They just want to watch the world burn.

I know everyone says it but I think we’re making space. The guys going to Louisville are really solid players. Some will be All Conference ACC players before they leave Louisville. One may actually end up back with Ole Miss before it’s over. But they aren’t Nick Saban players.

False. Ole Miss lets retards in all the time. Jerrell Powe could not read and he played at OM.

Mississippi state is a beacon of intellectual rigor.

Baron was a big loss but Louisville signed 3+ of his teammates, McDonald or whatever wanted to play with friends, and the most recent didn't qualify at OM
Nothing regarding his grades not qualifying - a lot of his classes didn't transfer to OM. I don't know how all that works but answering your question.

Has nothing to do with grades. Something about coursework not transferring

Admission requirements aren't set by the Universities but by the state itself - and it's the exact same across the board. In other words, "If you can breathe on your own and tie your shoes you can get into Mississippi State" as well. You should know this.

Ole Miss recruits students from good schools in major cities all over the country.
Mississippi State recruits dumbasses from the delta.

Lol. That's the first time I've been told anyone couldn't get into Ole Miss.
