drooling over this guy already (because they love to do that, see almost every QB USC has signed in the last 15 years) and talking about how he is going to handle getting drafted by the browns with the 1st pick as soon as he is eligible.

You must have missed the article I linked where ESPN projects Fromm as the number 1 pick to the Cleveland Browns in the 2020 draft.

They will take Josh Rosen or Sam Darnold this year. Poor fellas.

Why do people say this? Fromm isn't short. He has a good arm. Throws the best out route I've ever seen

You've watched him play more than me but most of what I've seen are throw it ups to Wims and not much else. Most UGA fans I know even acknowledged his limited range of throws, or at least what he was allowed to do for most of the year.

After 40-17 I think Smart/Chaney realized UGA couldn't win with him that restricted and they took the chains off and he responded beautifully in the SECCG and Rose Bowl so maybe he does have it in him and UGA just hadn't turned him loose yet but I still haven't seen a ton of wow throws. He's making hay with great decisions right now imo.

Yep, he's constantly throwing into one-on-ones because the defense has all eyes in the backfield and usually the receiver is better than the CB. Fromm has a lot of work to do still. Life's really easy when the defense can't drop into coverage because your RBs gain 7 yards a run.

Cant discount his great accuracy to go with that.

So he proved it in 2 of the biggest situations in CFB, and all that leads to is a maybe?

Depends on where he’ll get drafted and what bonus money he’ll get.

We will find out even more about Fromm in the Natty in less than 72 hrs.

Bama won’t have to commit as many players in the box to stopping the run and there corners will play aggressive and try and take away those short throws. Chaney is gonna have to adjust the game plan again to win. Need to see at least 4-5 throws down the field.

He played amazing in the SECCG and Playoff game, so maybe he's actually a decent player

That only proves what a moron you are.

Fromm wasn't the problem in that game. The offensive line was. More cluelessness

Totally agree. You have got to scheme against Alabama's defense because they've been recruiting at an outrageous level for the last near-decade.

It's going to be a fun game, despite what everyone else is saying.

From other than SEC fans: Low-scoring game, boring. That type of deal.

The frick? You have constantly said our WRs are mediocre and now they are usually better than the CBs they have been going against? You just say what the heck ever comes to your mind to justify UGA being bad in your opinion. Crazy.

Never said your WRs were mediocre, or even bad, I said Kirby hadn't developed any of them -- i.e., they were part of other teams before Kirby took over.

Like...Wims? A transfer. Like Godwin...a Richt recruit. I think Hardman is the best Kirby receiver to date and he's pretty good. However, I never said Georgia WRs were bad, crazy.

I don't remember saying that, if I did I apologize for misspeaking.

One is excellent (Wims), another is pretty good (Godwin), the rest aren't that good. But throwing to Wims/Godwin (they account for more catches than the rest of the receivers/TEs combined) for a 1 on 1? Yeah, that's pretty easy.
