Couldnt win the job at arizona state. I dont see him going to goergia. Not a dig on Georgia, just their qb room is much better than ASUs.

Not a position change. Picking up Rashada is a 2025 move.

Gunner Stockton is presumed 2025 starter for UGA but his ceiling is a large dropoff from Carson Beck - you bring in Rashada and indoctrinate him in UGA program for a year and then he competes with Gunner in 2025 off-season for starting gig - winner gets the job - loser transfers.

This is easy.

This is mainly a move for this year. Kirby is on the record several times saying he wants 4 scholly QBs for season. Doesn’t think 3 is enough. Whether he can actually push Gunnar for 2025 is another story.

No sir….just the opposite. There is ZERO chance Rashada will overtake Gunnar who has two years in the program & offensive system in one month of practice with the team.

If Rashada comes in May - the reason why is 2025. Rashada would be #3 for 2024.

What you’re claiming I said is not what I said at all. You’re acting as if I said he was coming to be QB2 for 2024. I didn’t. Kirby Smart. The head coach at Georgia. Has said several times publicly that he wants FOUR scholarship QBs on the roster for the season. We currently have THREE. Adding Rashada would make FOUR, thus satisfying Kirby’s desire to have 4 scholarship QBs. The order would be Beck, Stockton, then probably Rashada and Pug. In 2025 Rashada might have a chance but I still think it’s Stockton’s job to lose next year.

Well he got saved by incompetence a bit, which happens in sports a lot.

Even when teams get things right you can find flaws in it, or a bit of getting lucky.

Its not like Rashada was a 3 star nobody, he was a highly regarded QB that most programs would have taken, everything else being equal.

This is exactly why NIL sucks! I hope this kid ruins his opportunity by transferrining out of schools for the next 4 years because he doesnt have the work ethic to fight it out with other players.

Cannot stand this.

Go to GA. Definitely be transferring soon enough again.

Just another kid looking for instant pay days with no allegiance to anyone or anything. Schools should run from him.

I seriously doubt uga is paying him anything substantial to be qb3 or qb4

What ever happened to the $9.5mm Miami offered him and the $11mm Florida counter offered?

He ended up at ArizState for how much $$? Couldn't earn the starting QB spot and now in the portal.

This is the flip side of the NIL era. You demand top dollar NIL money and you better be Heisman material. I am sure that at least some of the money folks at ASU saw that they were wasting a budget on an overhyped kid that couldn't win the starting job and were happy for him to move along.

Congratulations - you just repeated what I said.

You are the one talking about a position change. Do I need to highlight your post? Or can you just look above???
