How much more is UF paying Easton Royal?

1.6 is the number I've seen tossed around. We were closer to a mil. No idea if thats accurate but thats what was being tossed around on a few sites.

The best thing that can happen is Jackson Harris continue to ascend and become a first rounder. We will have portal WRs lined up to let Lane make them a first rounder as well.

At this point, if that young man and family are putting money ahead of staying home, having mucho money, and winning, then let him go, and don’t think a second more about him.

Playing under LK for slightly less money will earn him way more money in the long run. It’s not that hard to think long-term. We finally have a coach that I’m not worried about losing out on players like this.

I have no idea about Royal, but I know someone who knows things at ODU, and Tre Brown was paid $600k to come sit the bench for us this year.
Can you imagine what Royal had to have been offered? How about the total for the entire current roster? If we're paying our 8-10th receiver $600k, that number has to be north of $50 million.

Don’t think so. Lane has shown he can take a bunch of three stars and produce NFL caliber guys. Would think his budget goes elsewhere.
