I've seen the kid from Etowah play. I'm not sure why he doesn't have offers from some of the bigger schools around. Southern Miss, UAB, Etc. He's legitimate D1 talent.

Luginbill on Jox just said he would be shocked if Goldman DOES NOT sign with Auburn....

So, considering posts a couple of pages back, both AU and UGA have offered this kid.
Pretty sure it has been confirmed that was only a misunderstanding...as in he does not have a committable offer right now, only a conditional offer that becomes committable if somebody unexpectedly goes elsewhere.

Gonna post my predictions Sunday night.

Everyone I've talked to like Auburn in the Goldman sweepstakes. Bama recruiting gurus like FSU. They're usually right

Goldman is probably a Nole. I wouldn't get your hopes up too high. I hope he chooses AU but he's been a lean to FSU the whole way.

Well, the AJC guys who have proclaimed the "JAQUAY SWITCHING TO UGA OHMYZOD!!!" stories the last couple of days that Dawgies have set their heart upon sure seem to think he's been offered by UGA.

Today has been a slow day. Hopefully this afternoon will pick up with some better news.

Will Adams, currently committed to Georgia Tech, was thinking of taking a visit to Auburn this weekend. Adams has decided today not take the visit.

My sources tell me we withdrew the offer because he had a handler. There was some fishy stuff going on.
I love recruiting. This is a crazy time of year.

My sources tell me Lache Seastrunk is 99% to Auburn, as is Cyrus Kouandjio

That answers my previous question about if Paul Johnson still pulls offers if commits visit elsewhere...

**Quick note on Trey Johnson...(updated) Reply
Gene Chizik and Tommy Thigpen were going to visit Johnson yesterday at Central Gwinnett, but due to the storms, didn't make it. Instead, Chizik and Mike Pelton will visit Johnson today.
Alabama defensive coordinator Kirby Smart is visiting Johnson today as well, apparently arriving a few minutes before Auburn's coaches.
