Just guessing, but I think Winston will flip and Goldman will go somewhere else.

I wished it was the other way around. I think we are ok in the QB spot with who we have now and with Morris coming in and Goldman would be the better pick up. Im hesitant with Winston because of the baseball shite.

I think Winston visits FSU one more time this year, and that's his last visit. Just what I read earlier.

It probably is. I've watched some of the updates with him but not too closely.

I did see a thread that three Bama coaches were down there with him tonight while we worked out with MLB scouts. I'll trust their judgement

This guy says Goldman and Diggs goes to AU too! Don't know who he is or how credible he is but I just like hearing people say both are going to AU.

I wonder why everyone thinks we have such a good shot at Eddie Goldman...

I too am interested.

Because Saban doesn't want him? He was't given a committable offer, and Bama has someone better?

From my best guy: He had a workout with the Padres today and then met with the Bama coaches. I was told if he doesn't do baseball he will go with Bama. And he won't announce on signing day. He'll be in Houston that day playing USA baseball. Tifwiw. He met with Nuss, LT and Pruitt.

My source ate dinner with the coaches. I'll be meeting with a very prominent person on Friday. Will pass along what I'm allowed to.

If it had been Trolltyde aka Bucwild he would never have mentioned it was posted by a insider on a message board. It would have been something like "I just talked to the guys (our coaches, including Saban) and they said ___________________) Looks he is ours boys!"

That kids maturity hurt him. He didn't do himself any favors and the injury looks to have set him back as well.

I was so glad when the guy deleted his twitter account. Unfortunately though, he has created another one and the shite he posts on there comes across as extremely immature. I know he's 17/18 and I was probably just as annoying at that age, but I don't see any way you can let this guy be the face of a program. He's got a lot of growing up to do.

Agreed. Hopefully he can get there because he obviously has the talent to be a 5* at one point. Frustrating to watch for sure.

I've always thought he seemed a little over rated, but I didn't think he would be an Elite 11 QB and drop to 3* status.

Voluntary workouts and weighligting sessions with the upperclassmen will end his immaturity fairly wuick.

He might need to get his arse beat once and then grow up.

This is true, but that's what the first year of college is for for a lot of these kids. Some are ready for it, but many aren't. He's not the only 18 year old with a big mouth on the internet.

Based on his on field ability, this ranking is correct. His film and mechanics is horrible. His leadership skills are questionable at best. He did not make his team better in against weak competition (when he actually played). Only thing he has going for him is size.

Hasnt he only been playing football for 2 years? I was thinking malzahn might be able to develop him. hopefully we get a qb centric OC

He looks pretty good on the d line in his videos. Might get moved there if qb doesn't work out.
