I thought this was a thread about kissing Jrevonte's arse. I'm disappointed!

I've got 8 for Alabama. Must be excluding Ragland and McClain, since they're not active? And Barron since he played safety at Alabama?

I stand corrected, each has 6 currently. I'm currently seeing Barron, Hightower, McClain, Mosley, Ragland and Upshaw for Alabama. Alexander, Barrow, Jones, Mingo, Minter and Sheppard for LSU.

Lee and Harris are on practice squads I guess. Maybe even cut now, since those were preseason lists I looked at.

Nice deflection on the issue at hand.

Congrats on the pick-up Gumps

I, for one, hope he sticks to his commitment and does well at Bama (just not against LSU).

It's seriously up to our players to make him regret the decision.

Nothing at all. Just dont say its a business decision when both schools can offer you the same thing towards that business. True one school you have a better shot at winning a championship but the other you have a better shot of being remembered forever.

It is a business decision. Why do you think LSU is appealing right now with the program in turmoil and all of the uncertainty? You guys wanted Miles, a popular and successful coach, gone. Now you are seeing the ramifications which means your recruiting may take a hit this year.

Yep, he's securing a spot right now. It reminds me of when Perrilloux committed to Texas after it was announced Saban was leaving LSU for the Dolphins before flipping to LSU in February. I think if LSU shows stability between now and December, I think he'll visit and possibly reopen his recruitment. It's not over by any means.

If LSU gets a good coach, I have a hard time believing Moses to Bama is anything more than reserving a seat just in case

I tend to agree but do you think the harsh reaction from LSU fans will weigh into his decision going forward?

Nah, we've acted like bitches before in his recruitment and it didn't effect anything. It hasn't been overwhelmingly negative either. I think most LSU fans understand why he committed to y'all. Obviously there is a vocal portion of our fanbase that can't help the fact that their bleeding vaginas, but it isn't the majority. If he comes to a game and the student section chants his name and everyone he meets metaphorically sucks his dick, he'll forget anything said online. These kids are ridiculously fickle.

If you look at it, Bama's his only option right now.

LSU has fired their coach and we've got little to no clue about what's gonna happen in the future.
Texas is about to fire Strong and they seem pretty devoid of talent.
Jimbo could leave FSU and they're struggling mightily anyway.

Bama is the only logical option right now and since he's an EE he knows he has to get things moving now.

You're absolutely right.

Saying a kid is overrated is equivalent to telling him to never enter an entire state ever again.

You clowns are so fricking sad.

I can't speak for other LSU posters (lord knows, that would be a terrible job), but I've never said anything like that. You, on the other hand were one of several gump jackasses slapping each others' backs about how overrated he is and about how Bama wouldn't take him, etc. etc...

Congrats on the pickup. Keep it classy, baw.
